c) The unit is available for tenants of 50 years plus.
d) THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY
RENTAL PROMISE:
- No animals.
- Rental for non-smokers only.
- References and income verification, credit check at the
tenant's expense, are required within four (4) days of
acceptance of the promise to lease.
- The tenant must provide the owner with proof of civil
liability insurance of $2 million before signing the lease
and each time the lease is renewed.
- The tenant agrees not to cultivate marijuana/cannabis.
- The tenant agrees to pay the first month's rent upon
signing the lease.
- The tenant undertakes to respect all building regulations.
- Minimum rental of 12 months, it is strictly prohibited to
sublet the apartment for short-term rental purposes
(Airbnb, etc.).
- The CVHP form must accompany the rental promise.
