The Seller is committed to sign a lease agreement with the
Buyer for a period of five (5) years, stipulating an annual
rent of $300,000, with options for renewal, upon the
satisfaction of all conditions outlined in the accepted
offer.
The signing of the lease agreement is contingent upon the
lifting of all other conditions as specified in the future
promise to purchase. The Seller and Buyer agree that,
following the reception of the buyers mortgage approval,
solely conditional to a signed lease, the Seller shall
provide a signed copy of the lease agreement to all parties
involved.
