10.1.1 The duration of the lease is a minimum of twelve (12) months.
10.1.2 The tenant must provide tenant insurance with 2,000,000$ civil liability coverage valid for entire period of lease and provide a copy of this insurance to the landlord before the occupancy date.
10.1.3 Requirement of a positive credit check and a letter from the employer proving the tenant's income, all to the landlord's satisfaction.
10.1.4 Smoking, vaping and or consumption or cultivating of cannabis in the unit is not permitted by the tenant or his guests.
10.1.5 No short-term rental of the unit is permitted.
