Pre-leasing:

During the lease:
10. Tenants will pay rent by electronic transfer no later than the 1st of the month.
11. No pets.
12. Tenants must not, and must not allow anyone else to, use/grow/smoke/vape tobacco, cannabis, or any other illegal substance in any interior part of the premises, common areas, or the property of which they are a part.
13. No Airbnb or similar short-term subletting will be considered a repudiation of the lease, and tenants are not permitted to sublet or transfer a lease without the written consent of the Landlord and the Condominium Association.
End of Lease:
14. Tenants will also be responsible for any costs incurred due to the loss of keys or key fobs.
15. At the end of the lease term, the unit must be returned in the same condition as at the time of the lease. This includes all unit inclusions, as well as the condition of the flooring, except for normal wear and tear.
16. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, tenants MUST accommodate ALL showing requests from all prospective new tenants, for which 48 hours' notice will be given. The same applies to showings from potential buyers should the condo be put up for sale during the lease term.
