Karl Sigouin has been passionate about real estate since 2017. A lifelong learner, he is constantly seeking ways to grow and improve. Originally from Saint-Donat in the Lanaudière region, he specializes in the sale of Airbnb cottages and land throughout Quebec, while also working on multi-unit investment projects across the province.
On a personal level, Karl is passionate about marketing, networking, fitness, tennis, and Bitcoin. Academically, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, as well as a college diploma in Insurance and Financial Services.
In terms of real estate investment training, Karl has completed the MREX Multi-Unit Investing program, earned a certificate in financial engineering from MREX, participated in the mentorship program of the Quebec Real Estate Investors Club, and completed a short-term rental bootcamp with Immofacile, among other courses.
Having attended Keller Williams’ Family Reunion in 2020, Karl was deeply inspired by KW’s people-first philosophy and vision: "People over Money."
